By accessing or using Rivelio (available at rivelio.io), operated by Montebay Innovations LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Rivelio is an analytics platform that helps consumers understand Certificate of Analysis (COA) lab reports. We extract, classify, and present chemical data — cannabinoid potency, terpene profiles, and lab metadata — to help you make more informed purchasing decisions. Rivelio does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of any regulated products. We are an information and analytics product only.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be of legal age to use regulated products in your jurisdiction to use this service. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.

Rivelio offers the following plans: • Free — 1 COA scan per week, no charge. • Founding Member — $6.99/month or $59.99/year, includes unlimited scans and early access to new features. Price locked forever for founding members. • Pro — $9.99/month or $89.99/year, includes all Founding Member features plus additional Pro-tier capabilities. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy at rivelio.io/refund for details on refund eligibility. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Free tier limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

You agree not to: • Upload documents you do not have the right to share. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service at scale. • Use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful. • Impersonate other users or provide false information. • Interfere with the security or operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Rivelio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rivelio and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission. The analysis output we generate (terpene classifications, effect profiles, confidence scores) is produced by our proprietary engine. You may use this output for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the COA files you upload and the journal entries you create. By uploading content, you grant Rivelio a limited licence to store and process that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your uploaded COA files or journal entries to train models or share them with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., storage on AWS S3). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document you submit.

Rivelio provides information and analytics only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. Applicable laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to you regarding product possession, use, and purchase. Rivelio makes no representation that use of any products analyzed through this platform is legal in your location. Analysis results are based on the data contained in the documents you upload. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party lab reports. Results are presented for informational purposes only — always consult qualified professionals for medical or legal guidance. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you are on the free tier.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rivelio.io or through your account settings. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
